The Importance of Water for Hydration

By Nigel Jones, 10/25/2018 - 15:26

So having completed the first news article, I noticed as I was sitting here in the PVP office/showroom that the temperature is warming up!
This brings to mind the importance of water, especially here in the Western Cape, a lot of people will get through their working day, say they are sitting in an air conditioned office, they are cool and their beverage of choice is numerous cups of tea or coffee, these have diuretic tendencies and people find themselves with headaches and generally feeling crock!
The need is for a sustained intake of good old H2O!
This maintains essential body fluid levels and helps to flush out toxins especially those from drinking tea and coffee in excess.
The need for water when you are out Bushcrafting is paramount to say the least, not only to maintain your fluid level directly but also as an aid to cooking and other camp chores, to this end, at PVP we carry a range of products to aid in carrying/collecting and sterilizing water for use out in the bush!
